Once you download the application, and launch it for the first time, press REGISTER. Fill in your mobile number, first name, last name, email and accept the terms of use and privacy policy. You will receive a 6-digit verification code via text message. Fill it in on the next screen and you are ready to go!

On the home screen of the application, choose the green icon with the clock. Select your pick-up point and your destination and choose your preferred payment method. Then you can choose the date and time you are going to need a taxi. After successfully registering the appointment, you can edit it or delete it from the “Appointment” tab in the main menu.

Taxiplon provides meet and greet services in airport arrival halls, port gates and bus terminals.
You will need to inform us on the following:
Airport pickups -> Flight number
Port pickups -> The name of the Ferry and it’s route
Bus/Train pickups -> The route and the time schedule

You can hail a taxi for a family member or friend and monitor the course of the vehicle throughout the ride. Caution! When the ride is completed do not forget to confirm their payment!

You can register your debit/credit card by following these steps: Go to the Menu -> My cards-> Add Card.
If you wish to register more than one cards, you can select one as your default.

You can delete your credit/debit card by following these steps: Go to the Menu -> My cards.
Select the one that you want to delete and click on the delete button (dumpster).

When using the Taxiplon App for your rides you can pay the driver either in cash or with debit/credit card when you reach your destination. You will need to confirm the amount from the Push notification that you will receive when the ride is completed. Additionally, if you are an Alpha Bank Bonus card holder you can collect and redeem Bonus points on your daily routes.

On the route confirmation screen, click on the gear icon next to the “Promo Code” field. Then choose the option “I will select the driver” and confirm. Your selection will be saved for your future routes, until you change it.

Once the ride is completed, you can rate your experience during your trip by clicking on the pop-up message that appears.

If you wish to bring your pet along with you during your ride, you will have to notify us before the ride. Moreover, all the following requirements must be met.
- The pet must be clean and calm
- The pet must be seated on the floor of the car, placed in a transportation cage or bag
- The pet must be accompanied by a passenger

We undertake the transport of unaccompanied minors over 12 years old, with responsibility and safety. You can monitor the entire route of the vehicle from the pickup of the child until the dropoff.

If you have a promotional coupon or promo code you can redeem it on the route confirmation, on the “Promo code” field. If the activation of the promo code is successful, you will be notified by receiving a confirmation message. If it is not valid, you will also receive an error message. If you have trouble redeeming your coupon, you can contact us to check the issue.

By selecting the menu in the application, press the pencil and then delete account.
