The monthly subscription is valid for 30 days from its activation and is automatically renewed. You may cancel the automatic renewal at any time you want.
With each ride you collect 100 points for every 1€, which can be later redeemed in special gifts offered by Taxiplon partners.
The service is exclusively for your personal transport or the transport of your family and the taxi driver may ask you to confirm that by providing your Passport or National ID.
Unfortunately the Taxiplon Premium service cannot cover company rides as it is exclusively aimed at private transport. If you are a company, contact us to inform you about the Taxiplon e-Smart Business service, which is an intelligent platform for the central management of corporate transportation.
It is required to book your appointments at least 3 hours before the time you want the taxi. You are able to schedule your appointments up to 15 days later.
The taxi drivers are partner subscribers of our company and meet all the necessary criteria and protocols, as long as, they have been selected to serve routes of the Taxiplon Premium service.
The minimum ride fee is 9 € and you can either pay the driver by cash or pay online beforehand with your credit/debit card. For each route there is a call fee of 4 €.
The cost is estimated based on a taxi meter of 4 € plus the kilometer distance at 1.34 € per kilometer with minimum charge of 9 €.
